Hello! I’m Matt Needham. Through measurement, data science, and programming I improve the performance of organizations. I currently do this full-time for the Institute for Humane Studies. I also provide these services to other companies with my firm Better Data.
In my free time, I explore sports analytics (especially for the NBA), tackle miscellaneous coding projects, and make music.
